		<description><![CDATA[Jeg er ganske så sikker på at det blir en god del grilling på det norske folk i helgen. Trenger du tips til lekkert tilbehør så er dette salaten for deg. Her har jeg blandet quinoa med ruccolasalat og andre grønnsaker som fennikel, tomat og vårløk. Frisk sitron og litt olje er alt som skal til for å få det hele litt juicy og elegant.  I tillegg har jeg laget en tomtakrem som gir bredde smaksmessig, samtidig som det tilfredstiller metthetsbehovet på en ganske behagelig måte. Her kan jeg ihvertfall varmt anbefale en skikkelig godbit med paprika i hovedrollen. Den er lun, den er søt, den er bitter og den er alt på en og sammen gang. 		<description><![CDATA[Jeg hadde gjester til lunsj i går og serverte dem en enkel fiskesuppe til forrett. Den falt i smak, litt forarbeid (ikke stort)  ligger bak et fantastisk resultat. Først koker du fiskehoder i vann med ingefærrot og hvitpepper, siles så vekk, tilbehør og fisk legges deretter i fiskekraften rett før servering.
